• Home of one of the best beach breaks in the UK, Croyde Surf Club was born in a car park overlooking the sea in 1979. Many years on, the club still strives and achieves success through its individual members and its teams across all age groups. The club is continuing to attract more members from around the country, who are benefiting from various club perks such as specialised coaching, training sessions, social occasions and being part of a club, proud of its heritage. See more on our members page

  • The aim of the club is to build on its history by promoting surfing in North Devon whilst providing a positive influence in and out of the water within the local community. CSC strives to support its members and local businesses by providing an opportunity for everyone to thrive.

  • Safeguarding and sustainability are paramount to CSC, who believe there is a strong future in the surfing community.

    Croyde Surf Club continues to strive to set standards across the whole of the UK and the surfing community. Croyde Surf Club shares Surfing England's aspiration to produce surfers competing on the World Surfing League. CSC would like those individuals to be from our club.

    Governance

    Croyde Surf Club is a voluntary and community organisation. It is made up of a committee which is voted on annually through a democratic process at our AGM. This committee is overseen by our Board of Trustees who are also appointed at our AGM.

    6. Ensuring that the Charity is accountable
